By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Messaging Terms in addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

By providing your phone number through one of our websites, including einservices.org or soleraein.org, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Solera EIN LLC and its brands. These messages may include:

After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again. Please allow up to 48 hours for your opt-out request to be fully processed.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. Your phone number and any information shared via text message will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
- We will not use your phone number to send unsolicited messages unrelated to our services.
- Your opt-in data and consent records are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except as required to deliver messages or comply with legal obligations.

Text messages from Solera EIN LLC and its brands may contain:

Text messaging is not a guaranteed delivery method. For critical communications regarding your EIN application, we recommend also monitoring your email.
